We have been cooking for the print and film industry in Miami for over 15 years. We understand the key factors of what is expected and needed in the business and we provide them. Even though we focus mainly in print, we have done video shoots, feature films and tv commercials and we always have the perfect service for you.
For print jobs, for breakfasts we serve home made baked breads, crispy croissants, jams, marmalades, fresh fruit salads, yogurts, juices, lots of excellent strong coffee, cold cuts, smoked salmon, etc. Such breakfasts make early mornings a blessing.
For lunch we always provide an abundant and wide variety of dishes that will satisfy vegetarians and vegans and conventional eaters as well. Usually we provide two main protein entrees, salads, grains, lots of vegetables, condiments, breads and dessert. We provide real plates and silverware and presentation is very important to us, crews always look forward to having their lunch break.

When booked in long productions we never repeat an item, so variety is a crucial factor when we choose menus. We do early call times picnics in boats we adapt to tight budgets and a variety of circumstances and we are never late.
