This was a review from the prestigious NYC institution; quite frankly I had the worst day in the restaurant business when they came. My electricity was out, my A/C had blown up, I had no music, the dinning room was hot and one of my employees in the kitchen was absent. Needless to say I managed to make some food for them but to me it was so, so....
