The guerilla restaurant experience was truly amazing. The food – great flavor, presentation, and creativity – I tasted some interesting flavors in some of the dishes that somehow worked well with all the other ingredients; The ambience, very unique, a hide-a-way table with a medieval flair and feel; contrasting sounds every once in a while from the neighborhood reminding me that in the middle of anywhere we can create our own fantasy; The conversation – relaxed, easy, and without strain – being that there is only one table there is no other distracting noises other than your own.
Overall, this sort of thing was edgy and so way outside of anything else Miami restaurateurs are doing……which is why I loved it so much!!!!
