Cooking Classes: Designed for the amateur cook that wishes to expand their culinary techniques

Gather a group of friends at your place and Chef Alan Hughes will teach anything you’ve been wanting to learn, homemade pastas, proper cooking of fish, meats and poultry , tapas, french cuisine, italian, mediterranean you name it!  Or simply consult with us and we will make a specific program for you. You will learn a lot of techniques, tips and secrets to the right procedures. These hands-on intensive classes are fun and you will learn a lot!
