Miami-Dade Juvenile Detention Center
Alan is also a frequent guest speaker at the Miami-Dade Juvenile Detention Center, where he covers topics such as the possibilities in the food industry as well as empowering the inmates to pursue a career in the culinary field.
Outreach Program with Citi Church Miami
Alan is currently involved in an Outreach Program in conjunction with Citi Church Miami and a Grant from The Children’s Trust, teaching teenagers how to cook and to nourish themselves better by making better food choices.
